Homeowner Checklist
Before we can run your REST Report, you need to gather the following documents so you are prepared to provide us with the information needed by the REST software platform.
  • Your Mortgage Note, or Promissory Note (The HUD-1 form from your loan documents.)
  • Current Mortgage Payment Statement
  • Any notices you have received from your lender, if applicable, such as Notice of Default, Foreclosure or Pending Sale Date.
  • Property Tax Bill
  • Property Insurance Bill (May be your Homeowners Insurance bill.)
  • Proof of All Income (Current pay stubs covering 30-day payroll period, 1099s if applicable, Year-to-Date Profit & Loss statement, if self-employed)
  • Rental Agreements (Property/Room Rental if applicable.)
  • Borrowers’ current FICO Score – Go to www.myfico.com to get your scores, and provide middle score.
  • Knowledge of your total monthly bills (auto, food, utilities, medical, phone etc.)
